4 Steps & Solo (Bounce)

01
Count Your Steps
Out loud at first — one, two, three, four — then bounce. Counting helps build the rhythm until it becomes automatic.
02
Strike Down with Your Fist
Drop the ball onto the ground and punch it back up with a closed fist. Don't throw it — drop and strike.
03
Keep Your Eyes Up
Look where you're going, not at the ball. The bounce should feel natural so you can scan the pitch and make decisions.
04
Stay on the Move
Don't slow down to solo. Practice soloing at full jogging pace so the bounce fits into your stride without breaking rhythm.
