Solo Run — Perfecting the Technique

Refining the solo run with the correct grip, body position and hurley angle for control at pace.

How to do it

Hold the hurley with a relaxed grip, keep it flat, and jog gently so the ball stays glued to the bas.

For Parents & Coaches

01

Relaxed grip

A tight grip makes the hurley wobble — hold it softly.

02

Hurley angle

Slight tilt so the ball sits in the centre of the bas.
