How to do it
Stand in front of a wall, hold the ball in one hand, make a fist and punch it at the wall, then catch it when it comes back! See how many times in a row you can do it! 🤚
For Parents & Coaches
01
Strike with the Knuckles
Punch through the ball with a closed fist, leading with your knuckles for a clean, powerful strike.
02
Follow Through
Your striking hand should follow through towards the wall after contact.
03
Soft Hands on the Catch
Watch the ball all the way into your hands. Spread fingers wide and pull the ball into your body as it comes back.
04
Vary the Distance
Start 1m from the wall and step back as you get comfortable. Further away = more time to react and better technique practice.
