How to do it
Run next to the person with the ball, reach out with the hand closest to them, and flick the ball away! Don't push — just flick it out of their hands! Stay on your feet! 💪
For Parents & Coaches
01
Inside Hand
Use the hand closest to the ball carrier. Reach across and flick the ball out of their grip.
02
Stay On Your Feet
Never dive in. Stay balanced on your feet so you can react if the attacker changes direction.
03
Timing Is Key
Wait for the right moment — just as they are about to solo or pass is the best time to make your move.
