How to do it

Hold the ball in one hand, make a fist with the other hand, and punch the ball to your friend! Remember — use your fist like a little hammer, not an open hand! 👊

For Parents & Coaches

Fist, Not Slap

Strike the ball with a closed fist, not an open hand. Make contact with the flat part of your knuckles.

Hold Steady

Hold the ball firmly on your non-striking hand. Keep it still and at chest height before you punch.

Follow Through

Punch through the ball towards your target. Your fist should finish pointing at where you want the ball to go.
