How to do it

Hold the ball in one hand, let it drop onto your foot, then kick it back up into your hands! Try to do it again and again without dropping it. Take it nice and slow at first! 🦶

For Parents & Coaches

01

Drop, Don't Throw

Let the ball fall from your hand onto your foot — don't throw it down. Keep your hand flat and release gently.

02

Toe Up

Point your toe upward so the ball pops back up to your hands. A flat foot sends the ball forward instead of up.

03

Eyes Forward

Once you're comfortable, practice looking ahead while soloing. In a match, you need to see what's around you.
